A release focused on getting the right testers in, meeting your team where they already talk, and tightening up the tester finish line.
Features
Stomio in Webex
We are introducing a Stomio Webex bot so beta activity can flow into the place your team is already collaborating. Pair a Webex space with a beta, opt in to the events you care about, and let the bot keep the room in the loop. See the new how-to guide for setup details.
Shortlist applicants before inviting them to a beta (limited availability)
Reviewing inbound applicants no longer has to be all-or-nothing. You can now build a shortlist of applicants, review them as a group, and only invite the ones you want to bring into the beta. This makes triaging large applicant pools much easier and keeps your tester roster focused.
Improvements
- Survey betas are back and improved. The survey project type has been re-enabled for workspaces that want a lighter, survey-only flow.
- Smarter AI Canvas. The beta status skill has been tuned for better answers, and the canvas now handles very long responses gracefully instead of cutting them off.
- Microsoft 365 inbound email. inbound emails from Microsoft 365 domains land reliably.
Fixes
- Uploading a resource without a beta selected no longer errors out.
- Fast navigation between pages no longer produces broken URLs.
- The instructions step now counts characters correctly against its limit.
- Variables now render correctly inside survey and applicants forms.
- The "new version available" banner uses a more robust guard so it only appears when there is actually a release to surface.
