A release centered on making Stomio feel like an extension of your own brand: your logo, your email domain, and only the tester details you actually need, with more of your testers' activity flowing into Webex.
Features
Custom workspace logo
Your workspace can now carry your own brand. Upload a logo from your workspace branding settings, crop it to fit, and it shows up where it matters most: in the main navigation for your team, and, more importantly, on the sign-up and opt-in pages testers land on when they follow one of your invitation links. Instead of the Stomio logo, the first thing they see is your brand.
Logos accept PNG, JPG, WebP, and HEIC/HEIF images. Animated GIFs are not supported, since they cannot be cropped cleanly, so you will be prompted to pick a static image instead.
Send tester emails from your own domain (Enterprise)
Enterprise workspaces can now have Stomio send most tester-facing emails, like invitations and notifications, from their own verified sending domain. Testers see messages arrive from your brand instead of Stomio, making your beta program feel like a native part of your product.
Configurable custom field collection per beta
Each beta now has its own setting for whether custom fields are required from testers. If a beta does not need that extra detail, make it optional and keep the tester's path in as short as possible; keep it required when you do. It sits alongside the existing shipping info requirement, giving you per-beta control over exactly what you ask testers for.
Improvements
- Attachments now come through in Webex. When a tester's message includes an attachment, the Stomio Webex bot now delivers the file right into the space alongside the message, so your team can see what testers shared without leaving Webex. Very large files fall back to a text placeholder so nothing gets silently dropped.
