Beta Labels new features
We’ve introduced a suite of labeling features to help you categorize and filter your information more efficiently.
- Enhanced Filtering: You can now use labels as filter criteria directly on the results page to find exactly what you need.
- Streamlined Invitations: Assign labels to new users during the invitation process, including support for bulk invitations.
- Advanced Data Aggregation: New label category flags allow you to merge results from multiple users in your results summary.
- Collaborative Visibility: Use label flags to automatically share ticket visibility between team members who have the same label assigned.
Security & Privacy
Your data security is our priority. This update includes several "under-the-hood" improvements to keep your information safe:
- Enhanced Password Policy: To align with modern security standards, the minimum password length for new signups has been increased to 12 characters.
- PII Protection: Personally Identifiable Information (PII) is now hidden by default in data tables to ensure privacy.
Improvements & Bug Fixes
- Performance: Reduced page load times by optimizing third-party scripts like reCAPTCHA and removing legacy code dependencies.
- Mobile Experience: Fixed an issue where tickets were partially hidden when viewing from a mobile device.
- Email Reliability: Resolved a bug affecting inbound emails for domains using DKIM subdomains.
- UI Polish: Fixed a tooltip display error in label columns and updated the "New Version" banner to include custom release messages.
