New Features
(1) Announcement Replies
Sending announcements to testers is a popular mode of communication. Now, when a tester receives an announcement email, they can reply to the email and that automatically opens a ticket with the manager so conversation continues.
(2) Task editing conflict avoidance
When two or more managers are trying to edit a flow in a Beta, it can result in a conflict. Now we show a banner to communicate to other managers that the flow is being edited by the first manager that starts editing.
Improvements
(1) Testers sign up without invitation
Testers trying to sign up without clicking on their invitation link is a pain we want to avoid for everyone. Now, if a tester is trying to sign up without clicking on the link, they’ll see the option to sign up as a tester so they can self-guide themselves to the proper account type
(2) Highlight ticket title
When a tester is trying to create a ticket, we made it more clear that a ticket title is needed.
(3) Increased username character lim
We increased the character limit for usernames to be 32 characters
(4) Added support for more upload file types
We added support for .heic , .webp , .pcap and .zip file types to be uploaded in Tickets
(5) Updated Email templates and unsubscribe options (6) Security improvements
