Prerequisites:
- Zapier Account: Make sure you have an active Zapier account. If you don't, sign up for free at zapier.com.
- Stomio Account: Ensure you have access to your Stomio account.
- Gmail Account: You need to have a Gmail account for sending emails.
Steps to Create the Zap
Step 1: Create a Zap
- Log in to Zapier:
- Go to Zapier.com.
- Log in to your account.
- Start a New Zap:
- Click on the "Create" button in the upper right corner and select “New Zap”.

Step 2: Set up the Trigger (Stomio)
1. Choose App & Trigger Event:
- For the Trigger App, search and select "Stomio"

- Choose the trigger event "Product Completed".

2. Connect Stomio Account:
- Connect your Stomio account to Zapier.
- Follow the prompts to authenticate and allow Zapier to access your Stomio data.

3. Test the Trigger:
- Test the trigger to ensure it's pulling the correct data from Stomio. Select first the Organization and Project you want to apply this Zap.
Step 3: Set up the Action (Gmail)
1. Choose App & Action Event:
- For the Action App, search and select "Gmail".

- Choose the action event "Send Email".

2. Connect Gmail Account:
- Connect your Gmail account to Zapier.
- Follow the prompts to authenticate and allow Zapier to send emails on your behalf.

3. Set up Email Fields:
- In the "To" field, enter the email addresses of your teammates
- Set the "Subject" to something like "Project Completed: [Project Name]".
- In the "Message Body", compose the email including the project name, user who finished the project, and a link to the feedback.

4. Test the Action:
- Test the action to ensure it sends the email correctly.
Step 4: Turn On Your Zap
Review and Turn On:
- Review your Zap settings to ensure everything is configured correctly.
- Turn on your Zap.
Now, your Zap is live and will automatically send an email to your teammates whenever a user completes a project in Stomio. Make sure to customize the email content and recipient list according to your specific needs.
