Every beta has this moment. A tester clicks your invitation link, lands on a sign-up page, and sees a logo belonging to a company they've never heard of. Some of them close the tab right there.
Branding your workspace fixes that. Your testers see your brand where it counts, on the page where they sign up and in the emails that turn up in their inbox.

Add your workspace logo
The logo lives in workspace settings under Branding. Click the tile, upload an image, crop it to fit.
Some practical notes. PNG, JPG, WebP and HEIC/HEIF all work. Animated GIFs don't, because they can't be cropped cleanly, so you'll be asked for a static image instead. And a square image with a transparent background, ideally a PNG, gives the best result, since square avoids awkward cropping and transparency means the logo works whatever sits behind it.
Uploading and removing the logo is limited to workspace admins on an eligible plan. Other managers can see it but not change it, which stops your branding drifting because somebody fancied a change on a Friday afternoon.
Where your logo appears
Three places. In your own workspace navigation, for your team. On the sign-up and opt-in pages testers land on after following one of your invitation links. And in your testers' own navigation while they work through the beta, provided yours is the only workspace they belong to.
The two tester-facing ones are the reason to bother with any of this. Your team already knows what tool they're using. Your testers don't, and for a lot of them that invitation page is their first contact with your beta program at all. Swapping our logo for yours makes the whole thing feel like part of your product rather than a detour through some third party's website.
That last one comes with a condition. Testers only see your logo in their navigation if yours is the only workspace they belong to. Anyone who also tests for another company on Stomio gets our neutral logo instead, since showing one company's branding while they move between two different programs would be misleading. In practice most testers only ever join one workspace, so most of yours will see your brand throughout.
Send tester emails from your own domain
On the Enterprise plan, most of the emails your testers receive, invitations and notifications included, can come from your own verified sending domain rather than stomio.io. Testers see your brand as the sender, and the emails stand a better chance with corporate spam filters, which tend to be suspicious of senders nobody at the company recognizes.
Because it involves verifying a domain, this one isn't self-serve. Open Branding, click Set up a custom sending domain, and follow the instructions to email support with your workspace name in the subject line. Once it's live the Branding page shows your sending address marked Active.
Of the two, the logo is the quick win. It takes a minute, it applies to every beta you run, and it changes what testers see at exactly the moment they're deciding whether your beta looks legitimate.
