Set up a Feedback Project

Creating a new Feedback Project is a simple process.

Select or multi-select the type of feedback you want to collect: Bugs, Feature request or Open feedback and click on "Activate project".

1. Type a Project name

This project name will be visible for your users. Don’t worry if you don’t have 100% clear the final name, you will be able to change it later.

3. Select where to engage with your

You can choose either in Stomio or in your App. Each of them as their own characteristics and benefits if you want to know more about this visit In-app widget or hosted.

4. Start your project

Select or multi-select the type of feedback you want to collect: Bugs, Feature request or Open feedback.

Now your Feedback Project has to be activated to start collecting feedback.

• In-app: Just click in “Activate project token” button to get all the necessary codes for the instalation. If you want to know more about the technical part of In-app projects visit Stomio Widget documentation
• In Stomio: Just click in “Launch Project” button and you will have access to an open shareable link to send to your users.

5. Collect feedback

Your users will start providing you feedback, if you want to visualize how Stomio will look like for your users go to How a feedback project looks like for your users.
