We’re excited to announce a new feature on Stomio that makes managing your beta programs even smoother:
Beta Managers can now set a specific availability date for each task!
No more reminders, manual task publishing, or worrying about timing. From the moment you create your tasks, you can now plan exactly when each one will become available to testers — letting you design the entire beta execution flow in advance.
Previously, beta managers had to manually publish tasks or rely on reminders to release them at the right time.
With this new update, you can:
This means more control of the executions of your beta, more focus on analyzing feedback and improving your product.
When creating or editing a task:
From the tester’s view, tasks with a future availability date are visible in their list — but clearly marked as “Available [Date]”.
This helps testers know what’s coming next while keeping the current focus on available tasks.
Remember that task execution in Stomio is sequential. If a task is scheduled for a future date, testers won’t be able to submit any tasks after it until that date arrives.
This ensures your beta follows the exact flow you’ve designed — step by step, on your terms.
This update gives beta managers the power to plan entire beta workflows in advance without worrying about timing or coordination.
We can’t wait to see how you use Task Availability to streamline your next beta program!
