How to receive emails every time a user finish a beta program

Prerequisites:
  1. Zapier Account: Make sure you have an active Zapier account. If you don't, sign up for free at zapier.com.
  2. Stomio Account: Ensure you have access to your Stomio account.
  3. Gmail Account: You need to have a Gmail account for sending emails.

Steps to Create the Zap:

Step 1: Create a Zap

  1. Log in to Zapier:
  2. Go to Zapier.com.
  3. Log in to your account.
  4. Start a New Zap:
  5. Click on the "Create" button in the upper right corner and select “New Zap”.

Step 2: Set up the Trigger (Stomio)

1. Choose App & Trigger Event:

2. Connect Stomio Account:

3. Test the Trigger:

Step 3: Set up the Action (Gmail)

1. Choose App & Action Event:

2. Connect Gmail Account:

3. Set up Email Fields:



4. Test the Action:

Step 4: Turn On Your Zap

  1. Review and Turn On:
  2. Review your Zap settings to ensure everything is configured correctly.
  3. Turn on your Zap.

Now, your Zap is live and will automatically send an email to your teammates whenever a user completes a project in Stomio. Make sure to customize the email content and recipient list according to your specific needs.
